Why you may be contacted
A final notice may explain that selected assets or information associated with Zintro were acquired and that a newly created professional research community is offering an optional path to join, refresh a profile, or receive more information. It must not state or imply that Zintro simply changed its name.
What changed
The final communication must identify the new operator, privacy practices, terms, sending domains, support routes, and any action required before a former contact becomes a Relevane member or receives research invitations.
Your choices
The approved flow should make it easy to confirm interest, decline, access or correct information, request deletion where applicable, and stop non-required communications. Silence must not be presented as agreement where affirmative consent is required.
How to verify the communication
Use only the official sending domains and support details published on the final website. Relevane should never ask a professional to pay to join or participate in research. Report suspicious messages independently through the published support route.
What happens next
The operating team must define whether former records are suppressed, retained, refreshed, migrated, deleted, or re-consented; how profiles are distinguished from active members; and when this transition page is reviewed or retired.
